TH8A / TH8RS custom shift plate and seq lever

This is a custom shifter plate for TH8A, shorter than original, with just 6 gears and R.

Also includes a handle for sequential shifter / handbrake. I covered mine with tennis racket overgrip for better feel in the hand. Threads for TH8A are printed inside the model.
