All the digital products sold on this website are not (due to their nature) subject to a refund or return. Partial refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Physical products can be returned within 30 days of the shipping date. Shipping cost is non-refundable. 

The buyer is responsible for covering any costs related with product return.

Returned products must be in ‘as new’ condition, in original packaging, without any visible signs of use or damage. If the returned product does not meet required condition PMT Solutions Ltd reserve the right to deduct the cost of refurbishing product from refundable amount.
